Yes. Like any other business, your business can be sold to any buyer approved by the company. There is a transfer fee for administrative, legal and training expenses.

First of all, you will receive the Eileen’s Colossal Cookies Operating Manual covering the many important facets of your business operation. As the manual is updated, revisions will be made available to you. You will receive ongoing correspondence by our Operations Specialist who will consult with you and offer useful advice and counsel on the effective operation of your Eileen’s Colossal Cookies franchise. You will also receive guidance and support for all sales and promotional activities.

Yes. In addition to your initial training period, Headquarters will send a team of Operations Specialists to work with you at your unit for approximately seven (7) days when you are ready to open.

Yes. Each franchise owner is allotted an area in which no other franchise is awarded.

Headquarters will assist in finding an appropriate location, as well as providing store guidelines and specifications.

The continuing services and royalty fee is six (6%) of the total gross receipts.

Yes. Headquarters will provide complete specifications and guidance for purchasing all products and supplies.

No. Each franchise owner is responsible for arranging the financing. This usually starts with your local banker.

Usually 6-8 months, depending on a number of variables, including financing (if required), site selection, remodeling time, and obtaining licenses and permits.

The estimated costs of opening an Eileen’s Colossal Cookies franchise is between $223,000 and $277,000. This estimate includes the franchise fee, as well as all other costs to open.
